1. General Provisions

1.2. Acceptance of this Offer is carried out by the Client by making a payment for the selected service package, which is considered agreement with all the terms of the Offer without any reservations.
1.3. This Agreement does not require a signature and is legally binding under international law.

2. Subject of the Agreement
2.1. The Provider delivers analytical reports, consultations, and other services specified on the website to the Client.
2.2. Services are provided electronically through access to online resources, report delivery, or online consultations.
2.3. The terms and pricing of the services are published on the website and may be changed unilaterally by the Provider.

3. Service Provision Procedure
3.1. The Client selects a service package on the website and makes a payment via available payment methods, including cryptocurrency transactions.
3.2. Upon payment confirmation, the Provider grants the Client access to the services according to the selected pricing plan.
3.3. The service provision timeframe is specified in the description of each service package. 3.4. If necessary, the Client may request an additional consultation, which is charged separately.

4. Payment and Refund Policy

6.1. All Client data provided to the Provider during service interaction is kept confidential and is not shared with third parties without the Client’s consent, except as required by law.
6.2. The Client agrees not to share analytical materials received under the service with third parties.

7. Final Provisions
7.1. The Provider reserves the right to make changes to this Offer. The new version takes effect upon publication on the website.
7.2. Issues not regulated by this Agreement are governed by applicable law.
7.3. All disputes are resolved through negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute is referred to an arbitration court at the Provider’s place of registration.
